Connection and Personal Development Meditation

This group meditation creates a calm and deep state where connections can be made to the inner self and to the energy that works through us to enhance our intuition.

Each session consists of two meditations, discussion and a practical aspect.   During the session we explore a Metaphysical subject which we discuss and incorporate into the meditation. Occasionally, there is an opportunity to receive a channelled session during which questions may be asked for further discussion.
