Heal yourself through Journaling offers step-by-step self-discovery through the art of writing with exercises designed to facilitate healing and transformation.
The course is based in her own healing through her life journey and on her book, ‘Finding our way back to ourselves’ published in 2021.
Stella says, “I was inspired to share the healing benefits of writing because I felt that if it could help just one other person to find meaning from negative experiences, how can I keep this to myself?
