Hypnotherapy is a gentle process in which the Practitioner takes you into a very relaxed and focus state allowing you to work with your own inner wisdom and ability to resolve issues and develop your full potential.  This process is designed to uncover the cause of the problem as well as addressing the presenting symptoms.

Unlike stage Hypnosis, where it appears that the hypnotist is in control, Tony’s approach is to focus on connecting with you as an individual, to help you gain insight and over ride the issues that prevent you achieving a full and harmonious lifestyle.

What will I experience in a session?

 In ambient and safe surroundings, Tony will talk you quietly into a deeper state of relaxation whilst your mind increases in focus and awareness.  You will hear and feel everything that is happening as if in a day dream state and have recall of the events of the session.

You will leave feeling relaxed yet energised, with a new sense of peace and well being.

How many sessions will I need?

Usually, between 3-8 sessions will resolve the presenting issue.  It is beneficial to continue the process between sessions using a recommended Hypnotherapy CD.
